In Their Own Words
As a Licensed Therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma and attachment wounds and provide compassionate, evidence-based care to those struggling with the lasting effects of childhood, relational wounds, and emotional dysregulation.
My work is rooted in the understanding that early relational experiences shape our sense of self and our ability to engage in healthy relationships. Clients are supported in processing their experiences, building self-compassion, and fostering secure connections. With a warm and relational approach, the goal is to create a safe therapeutic space where clients can explore their past, break free from limiting patterns, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. I am passionate about guiding others toward healing and wholeness, and committed to empowering clients to build fulfilling, connected lives.
I specialize in working with families, couples, individuals, and children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and other adverse experiences. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence (IPV), as well as individuals and families navigating the effects of trauma.
My experience also includes providing court-ordered services, including co-parenting and reunification services. Additionally, I have worked with first responders and military service members, providing trauma-informed support tailored to the unique experiences and needs of these populations.
Training: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting (BSP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Attachment-Based approaches.
As a clinical supervisor, I am devoted to guiding emerging clinicians in developing their skills, confidence, and ethical decision-making. Through supportive mentorship and reflective practice, my goal is to ensure that supervisees provide high-quality, compassionate care while honing their therapeutic approach. My work is driven by a deep belief in the power of healing and the importance of creating safe, empowering spaces for clients and clinicians alike.
