One Office on Douglas Boulevard

All in-person counseling at HOPE takes place in one location: our office at 2540 Douglas Blvd., Suite 200, Roseville, CA 95661, in Placer County. We do not have separate offices in the communities listed on this page. Instead, each community page explains how that place connects to Roseville and how secure video can work for the people who live there.

Inside are serene, comfortable and confidential counseling rooms. Two children's rooms sit alongside them, one arranged around a play kitchen and the other around a purple sofa and shelves of games, so younger clients have room to settle in. Whether you live next door or farther away, you come to the same office and the same team.

Eight Neighboring Communities

Four of the communities with their own pages are in Placer County, like Roseville. Rocklin borders Roseville to the northeast, and the small town of Loomis is also to the northeast, along Interstate 80 between Rocklin and Penryn. Granite Bay lies to the east, with Douglas Boulevard running through it toward Folsom Lake, and Lincoln is to the north, connected by Highway 65.

Three more are in Sacramento County. Citrus Heights borders Roseville to the south, Antelope sits just south of Roseville as well, and Folsom is to the southeast, near Folsom Lake. Sacramento, the state capital, completes the list to the southwest, with Interstate 80 connecting it to Roseville.

From Rocklin, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Antelope and Loomis, the office is a short drive. For Lincoln, Folsom and Sacramento, those pages present the Roseville office and secure video as two equal options. Each community page also looks closely at something different, from Sierra College students and couples to families, small-town privacy, affirming care and counseling in Spanish.

03

Secure Video Across California

You do not need to live near Roseville to work with HOPE. Secure video lets individuals, couples and families meet with a HOPE therapist from home or another private setting, as long as each person receiving care is physically located in California during the session.

That rule applies every time you meet, because our therapists practice under California law. If you live in another state, a directory of therapists licensed where you live is likely a better place to begin. And if you are returning to California soon, we would be glad to hear from you once you are here.

Starting from Wherever You Live

To begin, call 916-757-3030, email info@hope-counselingcenter.org or use the form on the Work With Us page. Tell us which community you are in, whether you would like to meet in Roseville or by secure video, and who the counseling is for. Please keep clinical details out of email, voicemail and the form.

A therapist will contact you within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, and new client forms are completed before your first session. We will go over current fees with you before your first session, so you know what to expect before you begin. You also have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate.

Questions

Common Questions

Does HOPE Have an Office in My Community?
HOPE has one office, in Roseville on Douglas Boulevard, and all in-person counseling happens there. The community pages explain how each nearby city or town relates to that office; they do not point to additional locations. If you will be physically located in California during each session, secure video is available wherever you live in the state.
What If My Community Is Not Listed?
You are still welcome. The eight community pages describe places near our Roseville office, but they are not a boundary. Anyone can ask about meeting in person in Roseville, and anyone who will be physically located in California during each session can ask about secure video. Tell us where you live when you reach out, and we will help you find a good starting point.
Does Where I Live Affect Which Therapist I Can See?
No. HOPE's seven therapists are one team with one office, so your community does not narrow the list of therapists you can ask about. Profiles explain who each therapist works with, their focus areas and the approaches they bring. Formats can vary, so when you name a therapist you would like to meet, ask which formats are available.
