Goal: My goal as a therapist is to work with clients, by providing support and tools, to achieve their personal goals in life. During this process I hope to provide a safe and comforting environment in which my clients can feel free to express how they feel with no judgment. Reducing stress and increasing the quality of life for my clients and their personal relationships is of great importance. I also would like to help my clients find peace and acceptance in this world since things can be complicated at times. Life is not easy but we can always
find ways to make it easier. With a positive attitude, open-mindedness, and motivation, all people can accomplish anything they set their minds to.
