Courtney Rhea
Hello! My name is Courtney Rhea and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at HOPE Counseling Center. I am currently under the supervision of Darlene Davis, License # MFC40875. I am also a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
Therapy is a powerful resource in the journey to emotional wellness. I am excited to help you access this resource and get beyond some of the hurdles that have presented themselves in your life.
I do not adhere to one therapeutic theory, as I believe that each client is unique and what works for some may not work for others. Though I am educated on many theoretical perspectives of psychotherapy, those that contain the tools to help you reach your goals are those I will use. I can assist you with issues including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, job stress, family concerns, bereavement, and I am also available to work with children above the age of five who are dealing with anxiety, adjustment, or bereavement. This is done in a comfortable, relaxed, and confidential environment.
HOPE offers an affordable sliding payment scale, and I am available afternoons and evenings. I look forward to working with you.
