This therapy group helps each woman explore, nurture, and empower her relationship with herself and her life in a safe and supportive environment.
Group processes include supportive talk, and exercises to express what is sometimes inexpressible, find the meaning in our personal stories, and increase each woman’s positive sense of self.
Facilitator: Rebecca Pottenger has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and is a Marriage Family Therapist intern (IMF#66879) at HOPE Counseling Center.
Rebecca specializes in women’s issues, and experiential and depth psychotherapy.

open to both men and women.

Group Time: 7p to 8:30p every Monday
