I am educated in several methodologies and am comfortable integrating multiple techniques to facilitate an approach that is helpful for you. I am interested in helping children, adolescents, couples and individuals, in issues including but not limited to: troubled relationships, worry, fear, depression, anxiety, stress or lack of communication skills.
